Turn your screen brightness up, or read your 6-digit code to the organizer - they can type it in.
Can I join with two phones?
No. One entry per phone keeps every raffle fair.
Does my prize ticket expire?
No. It stays under Tickets until the organizer scans it, even with no signal at the venue.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete my account. Or email us and we'll do it for you.
