Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 3 November 2026 (updated for version 2.8: rewards program, influencers, one account per phone, Google / Apple sign-in, PayPal, account suspension)
These Terms apply to the Raffle Royale app and the website raffleroyale.online (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. What Raffle Royale is
Raffle Royale is a tool that helps organizers run free prize draws at live events. Raffle Royale does not sell raffle tickets, does not take payments for entries and does not provide any prizes. It is entertainment and promotion only - not gambling.
2. Who can use it
The Service is for a general audience. Children under 13 may only take part through a parent or guardian, using the parent's phone and account. Organizers must be adults (or the age of majority where they live).
3. Your account
- You sign up with your name and a mobile number. No SMS is sent; please use your own, real number - organizers use it to contact winners.
- When you sign up you get a backup code. Together with your mobile number it moves your account to a new phone. Keep it private: anyone with your number and the code can take over your account. If you lose it, contact us and we will help after checking it is you.
- You may also sign up or sign in with Google or Apple. We receive only the account ID they give us (and, if shared, your email address and name); your Google / Apple password never reaches us. You can link or unlink them under Profile → Sign-in.
- One phone = one account. Each phone may have only one Raffle Royale account. A second account cannot be made on a phone that already has one; to use a different account on that phone, delete the first one (Profile → Delete my account). Making extra accounts on other devices to get more entries, more rewards or to get around a suspension is not allowed.
- Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete my account). Your profile, entries, the events you own and your unused credits are deleted and cannot be restored. Pending influencer withdrawals already requested are still paid or reviewed by us, and payout and withholding-tax records are kept as long as the tax law requires.
4. Entering an event
- One entry per person, per phone and per mobile number. Each phone can enter an event once. A second entry with a mobile number that is already in the event is accepted but automatically disqualified.
- You can join an event before the event date (pre-registration). The organizer sees your name, mobile number and any answers you give to the event's entry questions. Using several accounts, phones, emulators or other tricks to enter more than once is not allowed and may lead to disqualification and removal of your account.
- One entry per name. If someone joins an event with the same name as a person who already entered - even from a different phone, account or email - the later entry is accepted but automatically disqualified and left out of the draw. Names are compared ignoring capital letters, accents, spaces, punctuation, numbers, emoji and word order (so "Juan Dela Cruz", "JUAN DELA-CRUZ 2" and "Cruz, Juan Dela" count as the same name). Changing your name to match someone already in the event is treated the same way.
- A name can win only once per event.
- If two different people genuinely share a name, the organizer can check and reinstate the later entry.
- Receipt / ticket entries. Some events give one chance per receipt or ticket number. Each number can be entered only once in an event. Enter only receipts that are really yours: the organizer may ask to see them before handing over a prize, and fake or borrowed receipts may lead to disqualification.
- Organizers may also add people who entered elsewhere (for example in the comments of an online giveaway). The organizer is responsible for having those people's permission.
- The organizer may close entries, remove an entry, or void a draw if they believe the rules were broken, or if a winner is not present when called.
5. Draws, winners and prize tickets
- Winners are picked by the Raffle Royale server using a cryptographically secure random number generator. Each draw is recorded in the event's activity log with the number of people it was drawn from.
- A person (and a name) can win only one prize per event unless the organizer voids that win.
- An organizer may draw several winners of the same prize at once.
- Claim time ("I'm here"). Many events give winners a set time to confirm - for example 30 seconds at a live party, or hours or days for an online event. When you win, tap I'M HERE - CLAIM in the app before the countdown ends. If you don't, the win expires: the prize may be drawn again for someone else and you are left out of the remaining draws of that event. The organizer can give more time, mark you present, or put you back in the draw, but does not have to. Keep your phone on and the app's notifications allowed during the draw.
- When you win, the app shows a prize ticket (a QR code and a 6-digit code) on your phone. It stays valid until the organizer or their staff scans it, or until the claim time ends without you confirming, the organizer voids the win, the organizer deletes the event, or you delete your account.
- A prize is "claimed" only when the organizer or their staff scans the ticket or enters the code in their app. Each ticket can be used once.
6. Organizers' responsibilities
If you run an event you are responsible for: your prizes and delivering them; any rules you announce; and following the laws where your event takes place. Some countries require a permit or have rules for raffles and promotions. In the Philippines, for example, a raffle or promo that uses prizes to encourage purchases, patronage or participation may need a sales promotion permit from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under the Consumer Act (Republic Act No. 7394), usually applied for at least 30 days before it starts, and winners of prizes worth ₱500 or more must be notified in writing. Raffle Royale does not check or provide permits; the optional DTI permit fields only print your details on the results report.
Organizers receive personal data of the people who join (names, mobile numbers, answers, receipt numbers), and results reports and stage-display links contain it too. Use it only to run your event and contact winners, keep report links private, and follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Don't use the Notify entrants feature for unrelated advertising.
7. Ads and sponsors
The free app shows ads from Google AdMob and from sponsors who advertise with us directly. Sponsors are responsible for their own offers. Tapping an ad may open a website we do not control. Sponsor bookings made on our website are reviewed before they run; we may refuse any ad (for example gambling, adult content, tobacco or vapes, or misleading claims) and will refund in full any payment for an ad we refuse.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, cheat, harass people, run real-money gambling, collect other users' personal data, or interfere with the app or server.
Suspension and termination. We may suspend an account (it is signed out and cannot be used until we reactivate it) or terminate it (it is closed, its events are closed and the phone can't be used for a new account) if it breaks these Terms - for example cheating, fake or duplicate accounts, abuse of the rewards program, fake payment details or chargebacks, or misuse of other people's data. Where possible we tell you the reason. Credits of a terminated account, and credits earned through abuse, are cancelled. If you think we made a mistake, email raffleroyale.win@gmail.com.
9. Plans and payments
- Some organizer features (for example more entrants per event, entries by receipt, importing entrants, your own logo and colour, no ads) come with a paid or gifted plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown at https://raffleroyale.online/upgrade/.
- How to pay. Plans are paid by bank transfer or e-wallet (for example GCash or Maya) to the Raffle Royale accounts shown on our website or sent to you by our support. Send the reference number (and a screenshot if you can). We check each payment by hand and switch your plan on, usually within a few hours during the day (Philippine time). Never pay to an account that isn't listed on raffleroyale.online or given to you through our official support.
- Length. A 30-day plan runs for 30 days from when we activate it. Paying again before it ends adds the new days on top. When a plan ends, your account goes back to Free; your events stay, but Free limits apply to new entries.
- Refunds. If we can't confirm or activate your payment, or you paid twice or the wrong amount by mistake, tell us within 7 days and we will refund the difference to the account you paid from. Otherwise plan fees are not refundable once the plan is active, except where the law (including the Consumer Act of the Philippines) says otherwise.
- Event passes. Events up to the free number of participants shown in the app are free. A one-time event pass raises the participant limit (and, for some passes, unlocks Pro tools) for one event only; it can't be moved to another event and doesn't expire while the event exists. Upgrading to a bigger pass costs the difference. People who joined stay in if an unconfirmed pass is switched back.
- Instant access. When you send your payment details, your plan may switch on right away while we confirm the payment. If we can't confirm it (wrong reference, no payment received) within the time shown, the plan switches back and we may stop instant access for your account.
- Crypto payments (USDT / BNB). Where offered, you can pay with USDT (BEP20) or BNB on BNB Smart Chain to the Raffle Royale wallet shown in the app. The app gives an exact amount in pesos converted at the current rate; that amount is kept for the time shown. Send exactly that amount, on BNB Smart Chain only, then enter the wallet address you paid from and the transaction hash. We check the transaction on the public blockchain and switch the plan or pass on automatically once it is confirmed. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed: you are responsible for the network fees and for sending to the right address on the right network - payments sent on another network or to another address can't be recovered by us. If you send a different amount, we check it by hand; refunds of crypto (where due under these terms) are made in the same token to the wallet you paid from, at its value in pesos on the day of your payment, less the network fee. Crypto prices change quickly; the peso price of the plan is what you pay for.
- PayPal (payers abroad). Where offered, you can pay by card or PayPal balance through PayPal; your plan or pass switches on after PayPal confirms the payment. The amount may be charged in pesos or US dollars at the rate shown before you pay. PayPal's own terms apply to the payment.
- Credits. You can use credits from the rewards program to pay all or part of a plan or event pass (see section 10). Credits can't be combined with crypto payments.
- Thank-you message. After a successful payment we send you a confirmation (a notification and a message in Help → Chat).
- Online and store payments. Payments made online through our payment provider or through Google Play / the App Store follow that provider's terms; store subscriptions renew and are cancelled in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
- Free promos. From time to time we may pause paid plans and give every organizer a plan's features free for a limited time. When the promo ends, the Free limits apply again unless you have a paid plan; events and entries made during the promo stay. Prices may change - the price shown when you pay is the one that applies to that payment.
- Plans are not sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and Apple and Google are not involved in these payments.
10. Rewards program (promoters and influencers)
- Who can join. Every account is a promoter: share your invite link, QR code or invite code (Profile → Rewards). People can also type your invite code when they sign up, or within 7 days after signing up and before their first payment.
- What you earn. When a person who signed up with your code pays for a plan or a one-time event pass, you earn credits equal to a percentage of the money they paid (currently 15%; the rate shown in Rewards at the time of the payment applies). You earn on every paid purchase they make, for as long as both accounts exist. Rewards are earned only when the payment is confirmed; if a payment is refunded or reversed, the reward is taken back.
- What does not earn. No reward is earned on the part of a purchase paid with credits (so when your invitee pays with credits they earned, their own inviter earns nothing), on free promos, gifts or credits we add, or on your own purchases. Rewards never earn further rewards. You can't invite yourself or an account on the same phone.
- Credits. 1 credit = ₱1. Credits can be used only to buy plans or one-time event passes in Raffle Royale, fully or as part of the price; you choose where to use them. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and can't be withdrawn - except by influencers as described below. Credits used for a payment that is later rejected are given back.
- Influencers. Raffle Royale may, at its own choice, invite certain users into the influencer program and may remove them at any time. Influencers earn the influencer percentage shown in Rewards and may withdraw their credits to a Philippine bank or e-wallet account in their own name: at most 2 withdrawal requests per calendar month, paid on the next payout day (the 15th or the 30th - the last day in February), of at least ₱450 per request (or the lower minimum shown in the app). To withdraw you must give your bank or e-wallet details, your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and your registered address. We may hold or refuse a withdrawal while we check for abuse, wrong details or chargebacks; credits of a refused withdrawal are returned to your balance unless they were earned through abuse. After you leave or are removed from the influencer program, your credits stay as normal credits (no withdrawal), and withdrawals you already requested are still reviewed.
- Withholding tax on payouts. Payouts are commission income. As required by Philippine tax law, we withhold expanded withholding tax from the gross amount of every withdrawal and remit it to the BIR in your name: currently 5% if you gave us a notarized sworn declaration that your gross income for the year is ₱3,000,000 or less (and you are not VAT-registered), and 10% otherwise. The app shows the amount you asked for, the tax and the net amount you will receive before you request, and the same figures are kept with your request. The rate is checked again when we pay (for example, if your sworn declaration arrives in the meantime). For each quarter we give you a BIR Form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source), which you can credit against your own income tax. Sworn declarations are valid for one calendar year and are due by January 15 (or before your first payout of the year). If the law or BIR rates change, we apply the new rules. You remain responsible for filing your own income tax returns.
- Changes. We may change the reward percentages, the minimum withdrawal, or pause or end the program at any time; rewards already earned stay in your balance and can still be used. Abuse (fake accounts, self-referrals, spam, misleading promotion) leads to cancelled credits and may lead to suspension or termination.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for prizes, for organizers' or sponsors' actions, or for problems caused by network outages, flat batteries, notifications that arrive late, phones that cannot scan a code, or a claim time that ran out. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Apple and Google
Raffle Royale and its draws are not sponsored, endorsed or run by Apple Inc. or Google LLC, and Apple and Google are not responsible for any prize or draw. Use of the app is also subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the Google Play Terms of Service.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. Questions: raffleroyale.win@gmail.com or https://raffleroyale.online/support/.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
